Assistant/Associate/Full Professor
A tenure-track position as Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Accounting is available August 2014. The ideal candidate will have an interest in teaching Accounting Information Systems courses. Applicants who are seeking a balance of teaching/research responsibilities will find a collegial work environment at UNI. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctorate with an emphasis in accounting or information systems from an AACSB accredited institution
- Strong teaching and research record or clearly demonstrated potential
- Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional certification
- Work experience in accounting

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: The Department of Accounting ( http://business.uni.edu/accounting) consists of 12 faculty members, approximately 630 undergraduate majors, and 30 Master of Accounting students. The department also serves an important role in the College's MBA program. The department has a long history of teaching excellence evidenced by the active engagement of our students.
