Assistant Professor, Accounting
Drexel's LeBow College of Business is looking for tenure-track
assistant professors in accounting to teach courses starting Fall
2014. Teaching requirement will include undergraduate and graduate
level courses. Includes Research and Service requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in
Accounting and experience in teaching accounting. They should be
interested in developing scholarly research in accounting.
Applications from faculty with interest in accounting research are
especially encouraged. Proven research publications to support tenure
ability. Specialization in Auditing, Managerial Accounting or
Financial Accounting preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Full time faculty members are required to teach at least 3 out of 4
quarters per year.
-Departmental assignments to be communicated by Department Head.
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Consideration for tenure is based upon performance in the areas of
teaching, scholarship and service to the University. Under the Tenure
Policy, faculty members serve a probationary period before being
eligible for tenure. As a full-time faculty member, you are eligible
