Accounting Assistant Professor
St. Ambrose University seeks to fill a tenure-track position in the Accounting Department at the Assistant Professor level to begin August 2014.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The Accounting Department offers undergraduate accounting and master of accounting degrees. The successful candidate should be able to teach courses in at least three areas, such as financial accounting, cost accounting or accounting information systems. Responsibilities of this position include teaching, advising and mentoring students, serving on department and university committees and implementing a scholarship agenda. A doctorate from an AACSB accredited program and a CPA are preferred, as is recent experience in public or private accounting.
