JOB DESCRIPTION: Our School of Management are looking to expand our research and teaching strengths in finance and accounting and to continue to develop our speciality in the Social Studies of Finance. We are particularly interested in recruiting in the following specific areas:
In the accounting area:
-Accounting, in particular financial accounting
-Social Studies of Finance
In the finance area:
-Financial econometrics/Quantitative finance
-Corporate Finance/Asset pricing'
SALARY: Salary Grade 7 - British Pound 31,331 to 36,298 per annum with an open ended contract
As a Teaching Fellow you will undertake marking, supervision, teaching and production of course materials in line with the Department's learning and teaching strategies. Please note that at the University of Leicester, Teaching Fellows have the possibility of being promoted via the teaching route and considered for appointment to a Teaching and Research Lectureship, depending upon performance and institutional need.
