Aalto University School of Business is looking for: a Post Doc Researcher in Accounting for a one or two year period starting in the Fall of 2013 or January 1, 2014 at the latest.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of a post doc at Aalto include:
- Conducting research that meets high international levels, publishing research in scholarly outlets and communicating the results to the business community and society at large.
- Contributing successfully to the competence development of students by providing research based teaching and supervision. Around ten percent of the chosen candidates' time will be spent on teaching.
- Participating in service to the Aalto University community, taking part in societal interaction and international collaboration in their field.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Recently received PhD degree (max. 4 years since receiving the degree)
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in research such as articles published in (leading) refereed journals, books published by international academic publishers and evidence of promising work-in-progress such as work presented at important international conferences
