Lecturer to Professor Positions for new coursework Masters programmes (Vacancy: 15467)
The Graduate School of Management at the University of Auckland Business School is seeking foundation faculty for a suite of new coursework masters programmes commencing in September 2013.
PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION: The cornerstone programme is the Master of Management; a 15 month programme that allows students to specialise in business, accounting or international business. Students will also have the option of extending their study for a further three months (18 months in total) and completing a Master of Professional Accounting or a Master of International Business. Over time further specialisations are envisaged.
The Graduate School of Management is committed to delivering high value, relevant and impactful learning experiences that maximise the employment outcomes for our graduates. To deliver these results, each of these programmes share the following characteristics:

- A focus on case-based and experiential learning; and

QUALIFICATIONS: Expressions of interest are being sought from ambitious academics across a range of ranks and disciplines. We are particularly interested in faculty in the areas of: accounting, organisational behaviour, decision analytics, strategy, marketing and leadership and governance.
If you are committed to ensuring that your students have an extraordinary learning experience, informed by relevant research and enhanced by appropriate learning technologies, these roles will appeal. You will be expected to provide leadership in curriculum development and delivery (including the assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes) and such administrative duties as are required to enable the achievement of these goals. You will have a proven track record of quality research outputs that will enable you to encourage, supervise, and engage in research within, and desirably across, disciplinary boundaries.
