Assistant Professor Positions
The Department of Accounting of ISCTE Business School, University Institute of Lisbon is accepting applications for two full-time faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor. The deadline for submission of applications is December 31, 2012.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1) A Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree in accounting or a closely-related field; 2) A demonstrated capability to conduct research for international academic journals; and 3) Teaching experience appropriate to rank.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate must contribute to the mission of ISCTE Business School-University Institute of Lisbon in the areas of research, teaching and service. Research must be publishable in international academic journals in accounting or a closely-related field. The candidate must also be able to contribute to curriculum development and to deliver excellent in-class instruction at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels (classes are taught in English).
