Faculty Position in Accounting
St. Ambrose University seeks to fill a tenure-track position in the Accounting Department at the Assistant Professor level to begin August 2013.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The Accounting Department offers undergraduate accounting and master of accounting degrees. The successful candidate should be able to teach courses in at least three areas, such as financial accounting, cost accounting or accounting information systems. Candidate will participate in advising undergraduate and graduate students and will join a department team dedicated to curriculum development. A doctorate and a CPA are preferred, as is recent experience in public or private accounting. A candidate with a master's degree and who has a plan for earning his/her doctorate will be considered.
