Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor in Accounting

Fall 2012 - Spring 2013

The John T. Steed School of Accounting anticipates one visiting faculty opening for the fall 2012 - spring 2013 semesters at the rank of Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Ph.D. in accounting or Master's degree and CPA or other professional qualifications (CMA, CIA etc.). Will consider candidates not holding a Master's degree who are CPA's with teaching experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidates must be able and willing to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Candidates must possess some prior teaching experience and provide evidence of quality teaching performance.

EVALUATION: Qualified candidates will be evaluated based on evidence of quality teaching and fit to departmental teaching needs.

SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS: Open and competitive based on applicable experience.

ANTICIPATED APPOINTMENT DATE: August 15, 2012 - May 15, 2013
