ACCOUNTING - FINANCIAL POSITION: The Department of Accounting in the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in Accounting starting in January or August 2013. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in accounting (or be substantially completed with the degree) and have an interest in financial accounting. Preference will be given to those candidates who have a research record in the discipline demonstrating a commitment to high quality research and have an interest in participating in a newly developed Ph.D. program. The ideal candidate would have an interest in fraud, forensic, or ethics research within the discipline and hold an accounting related certification.
