     The School of Accountancy at The Chinese University of
     Hong Kong invites applications for Faculty Positions
     in Accounting.



     JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


     Applicants should have a PhD degree (or close to
     completion) and strong commitment to scholarly research and
     teaching. The appointee(s) will teach in the areas of
     financial accounting, management accounting, auditing,
     taxation, and/or accounting information system.
     Appointment(s) will normally be made on contract basis for
     one to three years initially commencing August 2010, which,
     subject to mutual agreement, may lead to longer-term
     appointment or substantiation later. Short-term
     appointment(s) as Visiting Scholar(s) may also be arranged.
     Applications will be accepted until the post(s) are filled.



     SALARY/FRINGE BENEFITS:


     Salary will be highly competitive, commensurate with
     qualifications and experience. The University offers a
     comprehensive fringe benefit package including medical
     care, plus a contract-end gratuity for appointment(s) of
     two years or longer; and housing benefits for eligible
