     The School of Accounting in Spears School of Business, at
     Oklahoma State University, invites applications for an open
     position. All ranks and areas of research emphasis will be
     considered.



     JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:


     Applicants must have an appropriate earned doctorate and
     those at the senior level should have a distinguished on-
     going record of scholarship. All applicants must have a
     commitment to instructional excellence. The position is
     located on the OSU/Stillwater campus, but could be called
     upon to occasionally teach on the OSU/Tulsa campus.
