     The Department of Accounting at Louisiana State University
     invites applications for an Associate/Full Professor.



     REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


     Earned doctorate in accounting; an established record of
     high-quality academic research in leading research
     journals, continuing research agenda and experience in
     mentoring Ph.D. students. Additional qualifications
     desired: CPA certification



     JOB DESCRIPTION:


     Teaches undergraduate and/or graduate courses; actively
     involved in academic research; provides service to the
     profession and the University; works closely with the PhD
     advisor in mentoring students in our doctoral program.
     Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications and
     experience. An offer of employment is contingent on a
     satisfactory pre-employment background check.
