        Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Accounting



     The Department of Accounting at Kent State University
     invites applications for two tenure-track positions at the
     Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level beginning Fall
     2010. We are primarily interested in candidates with
     teaching and research interests in Managerial Accounting,
     Accounting Information Systems, and Financial Accounting,
     but will consider all qualified candidates.



     JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


     Candidates must have a Ph.D. with a major in accounting or
     an appropriate related field. Professional certification
     such as a CPA or CMA is highly desirable. Research will be
     expected in high-quality, academic refereed journals;
     service on doctoral students' dissertations will be part of
     the faculty member's responsibilities. Candidates for an
     Associate or Full position should have an established
     scholarly record.
