Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics (JCAE) Doctoral Consortium 2013

ORGANIZER: The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

INTRODUCTION: The annual JCAE Doctoral Consortium is a prelude to the JCAE Symposium scheduled for January 4-5, 2013. It aims to provide:
- An opportunity for doctoral students and junior faculty members to interact with renowned professors of international standing; and
- A platform for participants to exchange and explore research ideas and issues.

PROGRAMME: The Consortium will expose participants to cutting edge topics in the areas of accounting and economics research. It comprises distinguished lectures by top researchers and discussion sessions of research proposals by doctoral students and junior faculty members.

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: Research proposal in MS-Word format should be submitted to j.cae@polyu.edu.hk. Please state clearly that the proposal is to be submitted for the Doctoral Consortium.

IMPORTANT DATES:
September 14, 2012 - Deadline for proposal submissions
November 1, 2012 - Notification to applicants
January 3, 2013 - Doctoral Consortium
January 4-5, 2013 - Symposium
