The 8th International Symposium on Empirical Accounting
Research in China will be hosted by the Business School of
the University of International Business and Economics
(UIBE) on 18-20 December 2009.
TOPICS:
Conference topics cover, among others, financial
accounting, management accounting, capital market,
corporate governance, auditing, taxation, accounting
information systems, international accounting, and public
sector accounting.
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:
Mary Barth, Stanford University, and
Kenneth Merchant, University of Southern California
KEY DEADLINES:
Submission of abstracts/papers: 30 September 2009
(submissions after this date may be considered)
Notification of acceptance/rejection/revision of papers:
31 October 2009
Submission of print-ready papers: 30 November 2009
