ABOUT THE DISCUSSION: With the rapid growth of New York City's technology and innovation sector, numerous accelerator programs, incubators, and co-working spaces have sprung up around the city. These evolving workspaces raise critical questions about their financing, operations, and economic impact, as well as the legal challenges faced by operators and business tenants, including entrepreneurs and start-ups. The panelists will explore these questions while also considering how these emerging workspaces are changing the way we work.
