Institute for Corruption Studies (ICS) is an independent research institute within the Department of Economics at the Illinois State University. We are a group of researchers who study the causes and the consequences of different forms of corruption at different levels of government. ICS publishes research papers regularly written by the affiliated researchers on the issues related to corruption. The research papers published by ICS represent the views of the respective authors and not of the institute. The papers are published electronically and are available online or through email distribution.
